BRANDING

The task: Downtown Dubai is billed as the world’s most prestigious square kilometer, offering everything from a vibrant business destination to world class hospitality and leisure facilities. The Opera District will become the next cultural destination in the area. It will stimulate creativity, support the arts sector and also offer visitors their choice of hospitality and leisure. Create a brand strategy and identity for buildings A4 + B4 that communicates the diverse range of experiences and opportunities that the buildings and area will offer. 50-50 split suggests equilibrium and harmony, Bold, contemporary and elegant typeface feels premium, Playful headings highlight words within words (eg. ‘unity’ in community), Photography shows the union of people and place.
